Dolly packing system
KINE brought effectivity in bottle packing
In a brewing enterprise were two sizes of glass bottles unpacked by hand from plastic cages and they were put on cell plates into the dollies. The work was slow, heavy and monotony. KINE dolly packing system was developed to compensate the hand-made work. The system packs 85 dollies and 15 000 bottles per hour. Two truck drivers are needed to use the system at full speed. Compared with the original system, the savings are 300 000 euros in one year. Production could still be even 50% more effective.
