Palletizing robot system is an automatic logistics centre

In a palletizing centre of poultry slaughterhouse the meat boxes were loaded on the conveyors manually. The work speeded up and logistics improved when the palletizing centre was made automatic. KINE palletizing robot system loads the product boxes automatic with no human employees. Palletizing robot system receives the logistic product information, functions and marks the pallets on base of this information. The information of ready pallets with the markings is fed back to the factory information.

This system loads separately cardboard and plastic boxes. Then it wraps the pallets and automatic marks them. Automatic pallet transporter moves the ready pallets to sending unit.
